Summary
The Sr Analyst – Digital Product is responsible for new products and/or solutions to ensure the competitiveness of existing products.
Job Responsibilities
•Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog
•Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements
•Participate in sprint planning and reviews
•Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team.
•Maintain product documentation.
•Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders
•Understand and measure product performance.
•Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience.
•Other PO related activities as required
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems preferred
•3+ years of experience in Product Ownership or comparable experience.
•3+ years Salesforce experience – service cloud. Ideally has experience with sales cloud, financial services cloud and data cloud.
•3 years in building products for financial services.
•Oral and written communication skills.
•Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
