JD:    

– Lead requirements workshops, elicit business and functional needs, and produce process documentation.

– Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and deliver Salesforce enhancements.

– Prioritize user stories, manage enhancements backlog, and track progress across milestones.

– Create reports, dashboards, and training materials to train and support end-users post-implementation.

– Continuously assess business processes for optimization and recommend best practices.

Business Analyst translates business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, bridging gaps between stakeholders and technical teams while driving efficiency across business processes.
