Must Have Skills:
• Salesforce Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce
Developer/Consultant on complex Salesforce implementation and
optimization projects.
• Strong Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyse complex
business processes, identify challenges, and translate them into
actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Solution Design Expertise: Proven track record in designing scalable
and effective Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative and
programmatic approaches.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of Salesforce's technical
capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce
Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for professionals who can collaborate with business
stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable
Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong solution design expertise and technical acumen, with the ability to understand and occasionally work with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Responsibilities:
• Business Requirement Analysis:
o Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business
processes, pain points, and functional needs.
• Solution Design & Architecture:
o Design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative
features and custom development when necessary (Apex, LWC).
• High-Level Technical Blueprinting:
o Prepare solution designs, integration strategies, and technical
blueprints for development teams.
• Bridge Between Business & Technical Teams:
o Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers to
ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Hands-on Capability (as needed):
o Assist with Salesforce configuration or coding when required for
prototyping or troubleshooting.
• Service Cloud Expertise:
o Provide guidance on optimizing and improving a highly customized
Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
• Quality Assurance & UAT Support:
o Collaborate with QA, develop test cases, and support user acceptance
testing.
• Documentation:
o Maintain clear documentation for requirements, solution designs, and
functional specs.
• Best Practices & Governance:
o Promote Salesforce best practices for configuration, development, and
data governance.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend platform
enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce consulting and solution design on
complex projects.
• Strong Business Acumen: Ability to analyze business processes and map
them to Salesforce solutions.
• Solution Design Expertise: Experience balancing declarative and
programmatic solutions.
• Technical Knowledge:
o Salesforce Flow, APIs, Apex, LWC understanding. o Ability to get hands-on when needed. • Specialization: In-depth experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and its customization. • Communication: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. • Certifications: Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer).
