Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Quote-to-Cash
(Q2C) solutions
Define architectural vision for Salesforce Revenue Cloud
(CPQ & Billing)
Design scalable, compliant pricing, taxation, invoicing, and
revenue recognition processes
Ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP
Lead order management and billing POCs with detailed pros
and cons analysis
Provide solution governance and enforce best practices
Lead advisory on billing processes to the client.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Salesforce Billing data model
Expertise in revenue recognition and financial accounting
integration
Experience designing ERP integrations using synchronous,
asynchronous, event-driven, and batch patterns
Hands-on experience with Platform Events, Composite APIs,
and middleware integration (MuleSoft preferred)
Knowledge of high-volume billing architecture and
performance optimization
