Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to develop a comprehensive Salesforce strategy and architecture. Your expertise in Salesforce best practices and industry standards will be crucial in driving successful Salesforce implementations and optimizing the platform for enhanced performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Create a comprehensive Salesforce architecture that aligns with the organization's objectives and future scalability.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators. Define development standards, best practices, and guidelines for the Salesforce team.

Integration and Data Management: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Oversee data management strategies, including data governance, security, and data migration processes.

Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce settings, objects, and processes to support business workflows. When necessary, guide the development team in customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Performance Optimization: Identify areas for performance improvement and optimization within the Salesforce platform. Conduct regular performance assessments and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

Salesforce AppExchange Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange to extend Salesforce capabilities and meet business requirements.

Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure proper use of Salesforce features.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and recommendations to business leaders and executives.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends. Participate in training and certifications to expand your Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
