Nature of Work: SoftwareAG webMethods Admin / Production support – DevOps model to support Production environment and also provide support for QA and other Non-Prod server issues.

Skill sets required:
webMethods Admin profile (around 8+ years of experience) with good trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills,
experience in performing thread dump analysis
Experience to work on Unix platform,
L2,L3 support activities in webMethods
Good knowledge on webMethods Integration Server, Designer, UM, Terracotta, MWS, MFT, API GW, JDBC/MQ/SAP adapters
Excellent communication skills,
Interface debugging and testing support,
Environmental issues Monitoring and Health checks,
Production issues / log analysis
MFT failures and reprocessing,
Outage and Maintenance support
Cert renewals and updates,
Purging and archiving of older logs,
Linux Patching Support
Interacting with the cross functional teams
Creation of Schedulers/adapters/UM queues and Topics / JMS connections / JNDI etc
Config Updates in DB table,
Server restarts and Deployments
