Role: RPA Developer (UiPath)
Location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite

Job Summary:
We are looking for an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath
Analyze business processes for automation opportunities
Build, test, and deploy RPA bots
Maintain and enhance existing automations
Collaborate with business and IT teams
Provide documentation and support
Skills Required:
Strong experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator
Knowledge of REFramework
Understanding of workflows, selectors, queues, and APIs
Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel automation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
