· Summary: The purpose of this role is to analyze business processes and identify efficiencies through optimization, engineering, and automation. These improvements are proactively and retroactively measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for impact.

Essential Functions:
- Experience working in an intelligent automation environment, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and AI/ML technologies.
- Analyze new and existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough process analysis and mapping to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction using industry methodologies and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
- Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Followings are the qualifications to become RPA Business Analyst II :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in business process analysis required.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred.
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Training in business process modeling preferred.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), OCR, and AI/ML automation tools and methodologies.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Tempo.
- Knowledge of the software development process.
- In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development frameworks.
- Ability to create and interpret complex system architecture and network diagrams.
- Understanding of project management processes.
