Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and extensive experience
with o9 Solutions. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive planning solutions tailored to new market requirements.

Job Description:

• Engage with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand specific requirements and objectives for new markets.
• Conduct thorough research to identify unique challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements in new markets.
• Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components.
• Define integration strategies for the o9 solution with existing systems and processes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the solution is scalable to accommodate future growth and can perform efficiently under varying loads, defining and gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs) to support rollouts.
• Design the overall system and tenant architecture, including data models, application components, and user interfaces.
• Ensure the solution complies with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements in new markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the solution architecture, including design specifications, integration points, and data flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• 4+ years of experience in configuring and implementing o9 Solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies
