We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner closely with product and technical teams to gather requirements, support system design, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions for supplier and procurement initiatives.
JD-
- Gather, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirements
- Create clear documentation including user stories, functional specs, workflows, and data models
- Support KPI definition and documentation (business rules, calculations, metadata)
- Lead feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for system enhancements
- Collaborate through planning, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Validate data accuracy and deliver timely analyses and ad-hoc reports
- Incorporate security and compliance requirements into system designs
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and product/testing support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practices
- Willingness to commit long-term (2 years) to support multi‑year initiatives
- Basic understanding of procurement/sourcing processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis, data analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
