We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect role. This is a remote opportunity and requires 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB).

Perform platform administration, scripting, workflow customization, and upgrades.

Support integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, AJAX) and ensure configuration consistency.

Apply ITIL practices and Agile/Scrum methodology in delivery.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements:

10+ years of ServiceNow experience across all major modules.

Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.

Proven experience implementing ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request).

Strong communication, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
