- 10+ years of experience
- Own the end-to end release lifecycle, plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across development, testing, and production environments
- Define and maintain release calendars, deployment plans, and cutover strategies, release notes and release communications
- Ensure release readiness, including documentation, testing sign-off, and stakeholder approvals; communicate status and issues
- Coordinate hotfixes, patches, and emergency releases as needed
- Identify, assess, and manage release risks and dependencies
- Continuously improve release process, automation, and tooling
