- Placed all kind of candidates into these clients both Clinical, Scientific and professional Non-IT jobs.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of entire recruitment lifecycle process such as sourcing resume from various job boards, x-ray search, initial resume screening, interviewing, rate negotiation & offers, resume submission to the client, interview scheduling, feedback, reference check and closing.
- Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via internet sources using Boolean search strings and online resume database.
- Familiar with all the basic tax terms in US like W2, 1099 and C2C (Corp to Crop) along with the standard visa terms like F1 (CPT & OPT), H1B, H4, L1, L2, TN, GC and USC?s.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively.
- Hands-on approach with sound knowledge and understanding of creative sourcing, trend analysis, problem solving, client/candidate relations, process development and improvements.
- Worked closely with account/hiring managers to define job requirements, develop new sourcing strategies and recruit top level candidates in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment.
- Recruited both active and passive candidates through cold calling, Boolean search, referrals, internal database, job boards (Career builder, Monster, Indeed etc) and internal resources to identify top market talent for employment opportunities.
Preferred Industry-
- 1 years+ experience in pharma/engineering/light industry
- Shift Timings: US SHIFT(6:30pm IST to 3:30am) IST
- Mandatory to own laptop
- Notice Period- Immediate joiners or 15 days or less
