seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React and at
least one
backend language (Python or C#) to join our AI, Data & Operations team. You
will develop
high-quality, end-to-end web applications powering internal and clientfacing
experiences.

Key
Responsibilities
Frontend
(React):
Build and
maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using
React and
TypeScript
Create
reusable component libraries and design systems
Collaborate
with designers and UX experts to translate wireframes into highquality
experiences
Ensure
cross-browser compatibility and WCAG-compliant accessibility
Integrate
RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Backend
(Python / C#):
Design and
implement scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines
Develop
backend services using frameworks like FastAPI/Flask (Python), or .NET
(C#)
Implement
authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Work with
databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems
Optimize
performance, reliability, and observability of backend services
DevOps &
Collaboration:
Write unit
and integration tests for both frontend and backend code
Collaborate
in an Agile environment with product managers, designers, and data
engineers
Participate
in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Work with
CI/CD tools and cloud services (Azure DevOps)
Basic
Qualifications
Bachelors
degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of
experience in software engineering with a focus on full stack
development
Advanced
knowledge of React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
Proficient in
backend development with Python or C#
Experience
with API development, integration, and cloud-native principles
Familiarity
with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Qualifications
Experience
working with AI/ML pipelines or integrating LLM-based systems
Familiarity
with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS) and
embedding
search
Experience
with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code
Experience
with performance tuning and monitoring
Familiarity
with WCAG standards and internationalization
Experience
working in microservices or micro-frontend environments
Experience to
Azure and cloud development
Experience
using design tools (Figma, Storybook)
