Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Lead experienced in React, Node.js, and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive front-end applications using React, building robust backend services with Node.js, and leveraging Python for additional backend processing or data-related tasks. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on development expertise across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Design, build, and manage scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Implement backend logic, data processing, and integrations using Python where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality features. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. • Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented throughout the stack. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development lifecycle as needed.
• Assist in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments.
