Role: React Developer with Next.js
Location: Issaquah, WA (Fully Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled React Developer with strong Next.js experience to build high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, understands server-side rendering concepts, and collaborates closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR)
- Build reusable, clean, and maintainable UI components
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues across browsers and devices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Solid experience with Next.js
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or other UI libraries
- Experience deploying Next.js apps on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with authentication frameworks (NextAuth, OAuth, JWT)
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
