Title: R & D Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
Tenure: 6 months+
Location: Onsite at least 3 days per week Temecula, California
Rate: $ 50/HR (max) – Not negotiable.

Description:
looking for R&D experience or product development work
This will be an operations support role with some R&D support.
Responsibilities
• Generate protocols and reports for process validations and equipment qualifications
• Operations support and completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards procedural issues
• Assess manufacturing deviations to determine compliance with specification and procedures.
• Supports CAPA activities.
• Support compliance and validation programs by reviewing and maintaining records, preparing metrics, and tracking action items.
• Apply scientific knowledge, engineering knowledge, mathematics and ingenuity to complete moderately complex assignments with little to no supervision.
• Works with limited direction; independently determines and develops approach to solutions; completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results; identifies and quantifies technical risks and their consequences relative to the success of part of a project and recommends action; decisions or recommendations would typically result in achieving critical departmental and/or project objectives; drives functional performance that ensure cross-functional standards and expectations are met;.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
Experience/Background
engineering and/or operational experience to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. Ability or aptitude to work on problems that are complex in scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing factors. Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior. Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills. Ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software. Ability to prioritize. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated competency with financial systems and in fiscal controls. Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and is willing to learn. Engineers trained in one branch of the Engineering field may work in related branches of engineering provided demonstrated transferable skills.
