Responsibilities:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Investigate and diagnose quality complaints, analyze components, and recommend corrective actions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Verify logs, databases, and related data to identify and resolve quality concerns.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare UAT test cases aligned with business requirements and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Track test case execution and produce reports.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Log and track defects using Jira and support defect troubleshooting across dev, test, and UAT environments.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain requirements traceability matrices.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Collaborate in Agile scrum teams and participate in software release sprints.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Conduct API testing using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER, or similar tools.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Perform SQL queries for CURD operations.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Execute various testing types: unit, integration, regression, smoke, system, performance, stress, and UAT.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Develop, review, and execute performance testing scripts.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Create detailed UAT test plans, coordinate schedules, track results, and support test readiness/go-live decisions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and QA automation using UFT.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Communicate effectively with staff, end users, and stakeholders to build collaborative relationships.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage multiple projects, accurately track time, and estimate work for enhancements or changes.
Preferred:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Experience working with Texas HHS agencies or systems.
