Job Description:
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of contact center operations, digital banking workflows, and backend banking systems.
Proficient in testing IVR, Live Chat, Web and Mobile applications. Experience with enterprise tools such as CCaaS, Operations Desktop, and Admin Tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to trace defects across multiple systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).
Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes.
