Job Description:
SR. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER IN TEST (SDET)
Who are we looking for?
Looking for Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Core Java + Selenium and Testing with 4 to 7 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
· Hands on experience in Java concepts and programming.
· Capabilities to develop small utility tools in JAVA.
· Experience in Developing Automation framework.
· Experience in API testing
· Experience in BDD and Testing
· Good knowledge of automated testing processes, methodologies and software development lifecycles, and good knowledge on data Structures and algorithms.
· Independently design, develop & enhance test automation scripts/framework.
· Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
· Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
· Experience within an Agile/Scrum/ Kanban environment.
· Experience with Jira & ALM
· Good knowledge of database/SQL queries
Responsibilities include
· Work closely with a team to ensure script implementation comply with best practices and testability requirements.
· Work closely with software developers and test engineers to understand software workflows, use cases and specifications in creating automated tests across the application.
· Expand automation framework to provide additional test capabilities. Analyze existing systems to find areas for improvement.
· Actively participate in an agile development process.
Good to know skills
· Experience with API/Services Automated Test Frameworks.
· Knowledge on Test Data Management.
· Knowledge with Test Reporting Frameworks.
· Device level testing experience.
