Job Description:
4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Python are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend systems and services using Python.
- Build APIs and integrations with third-party services. Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
- Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ORMs, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Good understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
