AWS Experience is MUST – S3, Snowflake, etc. needed
SQL and Pandas experience is MUST HAVE
Flask Experience needed
Should be able to integrate Flask applications with third party apps
Integration with AWS environment is highly desired especially with S3 and/or Snowflake
Python based testing tools experience good to have
Some scripting experience is needed – Unix Shell, Korn, etc.
Senior python consultant/developer with extensive experience in development using Python and various libraries and integrating with AWS based systems. Knowledge of Spark is plus.
Duties:
• Design, develop, deploy and support Python code.
• Must have developed FlaskApp integrated applications
• Develop data pipelines using Python
• Participating in Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders; Develop and document business requirements, impact assessments, process documentation and other related materials.
• Understand and periodically suggest Python development best practices
• Developing and documenting business User Acceptance Test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
• Develop and implement real time data ingestion pipelines and integrate with ML models
• Monitor, track and execute a project pipeline while fulfilling informal ad hoc requests
• Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team
• Ensure effective communication of user requirements
• Create and maintain documentation (e.g., user guides, system security plan, and system design documentation)
• Provide demonstrations of drafts and final reports for feedback and production migration sessions
• Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Perform well under time constraints, and manage multiple tasks within assigned deadline
• Participate in, and often leading, cooperative efforts with members of a project team representing multiple diverse groups and divisions
