Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications featuring an Angular front end and a Python-based backend. This is a hands-on role for developers who can work independently, collaborate effectively, and deliver production-quality code with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build, extend, and optimize back-end services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features into production.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of full-stack development experience with significant hands-on exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong proficiency in:
Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Python (OOP, packages, modules)
Flask framework and SQLAlchemy ORM
RESTful API design and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver production-grade software solutions.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyTest, Jasmine, or Karma.
Exposure to performance monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Working knowledge of Eclipse, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
