Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce and Model N to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and drive business transformation initiatives within pricing, revenue management, and CRM ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
• Manage Salesforce and Model N implementation, upgrade, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project plans.
• Coordinate with technical teams (Salesforce developers, Model N consultants, integration teams).
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, Model N, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables are met.
• Manage vendor and third-party coordination where applicable.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, data governance, and system quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3–5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ preferred).
• Experience working with Model N (Revenue Management / Pricing solutions).
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, pricing, and revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience in system integrations (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / CSM certification.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domain (Model N is widely used in this domain).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure).
