Managers Notes:
- Role is with the Product Management Team with responsibility for Margin, Portfolio Margin, Securities Lending, and Fees
- ~7-8 years of experience as a Project Manager and BA with agile methodologies
- organized, proactive, good follow-up
- strong communication and ability to coordinate with many stakeholders and run large meetings
- familiar with JIRA and confluence
- some financial services experience but does not need to know margin or securities lending (although a plus).
- Roll is expected to be broader than fees, and will likely work in other areas (e.g Margin)
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Analysis role in IT environment with management of SDLC projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required or other related discipline
- Knowledge of relational databases (such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL) and the ability write SQL queries required
- Experience within trading companies or other financial institutions is a plus
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
- Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
- Knowledge of any scripting or programming languages and/or Business Intelligence reporting tools (such as QlikView) a plus
- Experience with agile and/or waterfall project management and software development methodologies
- Experience working with project tracking systems required; experience with Jira preferred
