Certification: PMP Required

Texas HHSC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) enhancement initiative.

The role involves managing vendor and in-house development teams while overseeing project scope, budget, and schedule for an enterprise-scale data reporting project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SHARP system enhancement project
• Oversee vendor software development team
• Coordinate with internal technical teams
• Manage schedule, scope, and budget • Collaborate with program stakeholders • Ensure Agile execution and reporting compliance • Deliver project documentation and framework artifacts

Must Have:
• 8+ years Project Management experience
• 8+ years managing enterprise-scale data management projects
• 8+ years managing Agile projects in state or federal environments
• PMP Certification (Required)

Preferred:
• Experience with Jira or Micro Focus PM tools
• Texas Project Delivery Framework experience
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications
