Customer has been specific in asking for two criteria: PMP/PRINCE 2 certification and Data Migration project experience.

1. Lead the Enterprise Data Management project management team, setting objectives, and ensuring all projects align with our company's strategic goals.
2. Develop and implement project management standards and processes to ensure consistent project delivery.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business requirements and are delivered with high quality.
4. Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
5. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
