Key Responsibilities

Program & Modernization Leadership

• Lead AI and automation initiatives across PCS and SSS divisions.
• Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational outcomes.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable, measurable program plans.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a liaison between IT, operations, strategy, and executive leadership.
• Build alignment and trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across competing priorities.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Ensure consistent use of PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and reporting practices.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and quality standards.

Change Management & Adoption

• Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and automation solutions.
• Apply behavioral and change-management strategies to encourage engagement.
• Foster continuous improvement and accountability across teams.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Prepare executive-level reports for the COO and Senior Advisor.
• Track and report KPIs including stakeholder satisfaction, cycle time reduction, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor interns and early-career professionals.
• Support professional development and knowledge transfer within the team.

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements (Required)

• 8+ years of IT Program Management experience.
• 8+ years managing complex, multi-year programs with budgets of $10M or more.
• 8+ years experience with:
• Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio
• Managing multiple priorities, conflict resolution, and facilitation
• AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
• PMO standards, executive reporting, and stage-gate reviews
• Proven ability to:
• Develop clear, concise project documentation
• Translate strategy into executable program plans
• Present complex technical concepts in business-focused language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working with senior leaders or C-suite executives.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills across IT, business, and external partners.
• Experience operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven reporting and KPI development experience.
• Experience creating executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Prior experience supporting executive sponsors.
