- Lead AI and automation initiatives across PCS and SSS divisions.
- Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational outcomes.
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable, measurable program plans.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between IT, operations, strategy, and executive leadership.
- Build alignment and trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across competing priorities.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
- Ensure consistent use of PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and reporting practices.
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and quality standards.
Change Management & Adoption
- Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and automation solutions.
- Apply behavioral and change-management strategies to encourage engagement.
- Foster continuous improvement and accountability across teams.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Prepare executive-level reports for the COO and Senior Advisor.
- Track and report KPIs including stakeholder satisfaction, cycle time reduction, and compliance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor interns and early-career professionals.
- Support professional development and knowledge transfer within the team.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements (Required)
- 8+ years of IT Program Management experience.
- 8+ years managing complex, multi-year programs with budgets of $10M or more.
- 8+ years experience with:
- Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio
- Managing multiple priorities, conflict resolution, and facilitation
- AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
- PMO standards, executive reporting, and stage-gate reviews
- Proven ability to:
- Develop clear, concise project documentation
- Translate strategy into executable program plans
- Present complex technical concepts in business-focused language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working with senior leaders or C-suite executives.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills across IT, business, and external partners.
- Experience operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Data-driven reporting and KPI development experience.
- Experience creating executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
