🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Application Support / SRE professionals with strong troubleshooting and monitoring expertise. This is not a DevOps or Development role — the focus is on L2/L3 production support and application monitoring.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production application support for critical business applications.
- Monitor application health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Analyze logs and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform SQL-based troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Work on Linux/Unix commands and scripting for issue resolution and automation.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams during incidents.
- Maintain incident reports and follow ITIL best practices.
