Position: Product Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Plano, TX
Duration: 6-12 months with opportunity for extension or conversion
Pay rate $60 on c2c and $50 on W-2
EIS(Exigen) developer (minimum 1-2 years of EIS V12 experience)

The purpose of this role is to customize product based on their requirements, define and automate business configurations, ensure proper configurations are done along with effective integration of small to medium non-complex components of the project module, adhering to client specifications as per client requirements adhering to best practices and provide solutions including design, coding and testing as required for the customization and integration with the external systems
Assisting in creating configuration / Integration documentations about client-specific applications with detailed solution design
Assist in creating the application context diagram and/or specific Architecture diagram
Provide inputs for the solution definition involving creating and refining the processes and tools necessary for customers to customize products according to their preferences
Follow product standards, quality assurance norms and guidelines;
Participate in deployment activities to oversee seamless functioning of the product including the integration touch points works cohesively when deployed
Develop reusable components; create a product KT document for the customer.
Create detailed design document/technical specifications, including both Configuration and Integral aspects, for select projects;
Follow product standards for both configuration and Intregration, quality assurance norms and guidelines;
Play a crucial in testing and quality assurance, validating that the implemented feature meets the product specifications
Participate in deployment activities like reviewing all deliverables as per the delivery checklist, preparing/reviewing the deployment document, and mock testing all deliverables;
Develop reusable components; Create product based KT document for the customer.
Manage application configuration and perform minor/major software upgrades
Create Functional and Integration unit test cases and perform unit testing for the given product specification;
Contribute ideas/areas requiring improvements based on project implementation, team feedback, etc.; Identify best practices related to the project/product & document the same.
Contribute towards updating knowledge assets.
Provide training in areas of specialization to the Product Analyst.
Completing the domain / technical / project relation training and certifications
a. Understanding details of the quality processes and practices followed for both configuration and integration in the project from different sources
b. Completing the domain / technical / project-related training and certifications
Education guidelines for Science / Engineering graduate
Experience guidelines 2-5 years
