Position: Product Owner (with Fenergo)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the integration of Fenergo (Client Lifecycle Management/KYC platform) with the new Operational Data Store (ODS) platform getting build.
The role will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering data and integration capabilities that enable seamless information exchange between Fenergo and ODS.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams for ODS–Fenergo integration.
- Define and own the integration roadmap, backlog, and MVP for ODS build and connectivity.
- Translate KYC, client onboarding, and regulatory data requirements into clear, prioritized user stories.
- Partner with Fenergo implementation teams to understand available APIs, data models, and event structures.
- Define data contracts, mapping rules, and ownership between Fenergo, ODS, and other source/consumer systems.
- Ensure integrations meet data quality, timeliness, and lineage standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and data governance teams to align with Master Data Management and compliance frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end UAT and release validation for integrations.
- Support future integrations of ODS with additional platforms (e.g., CRM, AML, Core Banking, Risk, Data Warehouse).
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC/AML processes, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Experience working with Fenergo
- Hands-on exposure to API-based, event-driven, and ETL integrations
- Familiarity with ODS / data lake / data warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex data flows into actionable backlog items.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Agile delivery experience using Jira/Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Financial Crime Compliance (CDD/EDD/AML/Fraud/etc.) and Data Product Management.
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and Regulatory Reporting systems.
- Fenergo functional or technical certification.
