Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, Engineering/Marketing or related field experience, MBA is a plus.
· 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally within target markets related to the specific product line, with proven successful track record.
· Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or related technical markets.
· Proven leadership ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix. · Excellent written communication skills. Must write clearly, informatively, and logically, and have the ability to vary writing style to meet the needs of the audience. · Excellent presentation and communication skills. · Outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building strong team relationships.
· Proactive, creative work style and a self-starter.
· Willingness to travel, as required.
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) required.
