Job Description: Power Platform Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years specializing in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proven experience designing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps with complex logic and integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Fx, JSON, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and environment governance.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience integrating Power Apps with insurance or financial systems (claims, policy, CRM, or HRIS)
