Detailed JD:
Lead the transition of our reporting capabilities from SSRS, with a focus on rapidly building robust Power BI models. This role involves mentoring and cross-training current SSRS report writers to ensure seamless integration and skill development within the team. You will be responsible for developing intuitive, data-driven dashboards while ensuring adherence to regulations for accessing and handling Protected Health Information (PHI) onshore. A strong ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within cross-functional teams is essential for success in this position.
