Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Power BI to lead the design development and optimization of advanced business intelligence solutions
Job Description
Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable business insights Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for effective data visualization Build and optimize data models and implement data transformation using Power Query and DAX for efficient reporting Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across all BI solutions Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources Provide comprehensive training and documentation to end-users to maximize the value of Power BI solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and deployment of complex Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with strategic business objectives Translate intricate business requirements into scalable maintainable and highperformance BI solutions Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that support data driven decision making Optimize Power BI performance by refining data models queries and report designs Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies performance issues and report functionality challenges Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI developers within the Power BI skill cluster Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions into existing business processes
