Job Title: PMO Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!)

Rate: $60 /hr on C2C        

 

JD:  

PMO Analyst – Strategy & Process Enablement

-PMO support requires the person to be extremely versatile and open to learning new skills based on the need and scope

Understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that you can support setting standards, propose policy, and coach others

Understanding of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative

Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset.

Excel and Tableau skills

High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to make things happen

Good communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport.

Responsibilities

-Facilitate the Downtime approvals for the Sales Applications. This will require stakeholder facilitation and getting things done

Maintain the process repository and make enhancements as needed

Roll out surveys to get feedback, analyse the data, follow through on action planning etc

The scope is not exhaustive, but versatility is key

A person with a great learning aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and ace them will be important to this role.
