Job Description:

•         Excellent communication and core consulting skills 

•         Experience in delivering at least one (1) large full life-cycle consolidation implementation using FCCS, EDMCS and Hyperion Planning application.

•         Strong Experience in Shell scripting.

•         Demonstrated ability in performing the following responsibilities:

•         Developing Data management components for FCCS and Hyperion Planning

•         Preparing functional design and configuration specifications

•         Managing the product configuration and technical development activities

•         Managing Oracle Patch activity and interacting with Admins and Business user based on the monthly patch release.

Job Description:

The successful candidate’s OBIA/OBIEE Admin skills and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

•           Installation of all components of OBIA/OUA product suite (with ODI)

•           Implementation experience with high availability architecture for OBIA/ODI/OBIEE

•           Implementation experience with multiple authentication providers

•           Support production with working knowledge of the necessary application components

•           Solid written and oral communication skills:

•           Develop, prepare and conduct periodic training in the use of Business Intelligence tools for the functional user community

•           Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

•           Strong Teamwork skills and attitude. Partner with Infrastructure Team (both Linux & Windows platforms) to enable and support capacity planning, performance tuning, systems support & troubleshooting.

•           Works in tandem with the Infrastructure Manager, Lead Systems Engineer manager and technical team in the installation, configuration and analysis of OBIA/ODI/OBIEE platform solutions

•           Takes part in on-call support rotation for production databases that require 24 X 7 X 365. Weekend and off-hours work expected.

•           Support current BI/Analytics processes, enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions

•           Assist with any redesigns or process changes to improve performance and usability of the enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions

•           Setup and integration of OBIEE/OBIA/ODI with various components of the system (i.e. PeopleSoft and OUD)

•           Support the Testing and CM teams for Functional/Security and Performance Testing, code packaging and code migration to testing and production environments

•           Work closely with BI development team to define requirements and develop solutions to complex problems

•           Work closely with DBAs, Golden Gate & other application admins to improve system performance and data quality
