PHP developer opening – Contract C2C Jobs in Austin, TX

The Role:

Extensive experience in (8+ years ) PHP development, including working with PHP frameworks like Kohana web development framework. Experience in developing web applications using RESTful APIs to communicate with external services or fetch data as a Kohana developer with RESTful APIs work and how to integrate them into other applications, should be strong in making API requests, handle responses, and work with data formats like JSON and XML. Knowledge on jQuery , proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with AJAX and JSON, understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and familiarity with front-end build tools are also important. Strong knowledge of database systems and query optimization. Advanced knowledge of PHP performance-tuning techniques. Knowledge of Git workflows. 

At least 3-5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker, Expertise in Linux. Maintenance of DockerContainer Clusters. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for deployment. Familiarity with cloud-based services and serverless architecture Expertise in implementing security best practices and compliance standards Experience with microservices architecture and API design Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities and experience with Agile methodologies Effective communication and teamwork skillsAdditional Notes: Candidates should be from the Austin area Customer will conduct couple of in-person face to face interviews in AMD Austin campus Site Associated for the job:US-TX-Austin (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. 

(2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
