Performance Test Lead

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in performance engineering, reliability testing, or related roles in enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, Introscope, and cloud monitoring platforms like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Grafana.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda), Azure, and familiarity with GCP.
Proven experience in chaos engineering practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation and test orchestration.
Good understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Good understanding on Version Control Systems i.e. Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of SRE principles, including capacity planning, error budgets, incident response, and observability.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure observability frameworks to monitor system health, performance, and reliability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Onsite-Offshore Bridge: Seamlessly coordinate activities between onsite and offshore teams.
