Job Title: Performance test Lead
Location : Danbury, CT ( Hybrid )

Job Description:
- 8-10 years of performance testing and engineering experience
- Expertise in tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, Gatling, or similar
- Strong knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic
- Skilled in estimation, test planning, and defining test approach
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell) and test automation frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Competency in SQL server and Oracle databases with complex SQL queries
- Deep understanding of system architecture, databases, and web technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Skills
Mandatory Skills:
- Performance Testing: Canvas Resilience, Trending Tool, A2P
- Analysis: Test results, server stats, bottlenecks, tuning, and recommendations
- Emerging Tools: K6, Gatling
- Execution: Baseline, load, endurance, stress, volume, network, DR, failover, spike, SaaS/COTS
- NFR Gathering: Log analysis, user interviews, reverse engineering, NFR documentation
- Planning: Strategy, approach, estimation, workload modeling, risk and issue management
