Role: Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust solutions using Pega 8.x, focusing on enhancing business functionality and user experience.
- Lead integration projects, connecting Pega applications with various external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through effective design and tuning of Pega implementations.
- Provide expert guidance in Pega upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services.
- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure adherence to the latest Pega development standards and practices.
