Job Role: Oracle Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·         Team Leadership & Management:

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development to enhance collective understanding of procurement processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

·         Supply Chain & Procurement Expertise:

Offer expert-level insight into supply chain and procurement processes, including best practices for integration with Oracle Procurement Cloud.

Assist the team in identifying gaps and opportunities within current feeder systems to enhance efficiency and alignment with future-state Oracle Cloud solutions.

·         Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: 

Engage with key business owners, procurement stakeholders, and technical teams to present findings and proposed solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business owners, ensuring alignment with their objectives and addressing concerns related to the transformation.

Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to gain buy-in from various business units and drive consensus around the transformation strategy.

·         Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all findings, system analyses, and transformation plans.

Develop detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and business owners.

·         Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement during and after the migration to Oracle Procurement Cloud.

Lead efforts to optimize system performance, increase procurement efficiency, and align with industry best practices post-transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Extensive Supply Chain & Procurement Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and procurement roles, with specific expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and cloud-based procurement systems.

·         Oracle Cloud Experience: Proven track record of leading successful implementations and transformations involving Oracle Procurement Cloud or related systems and integration of other systems with oracle procurement cloud.

·         Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding them through complex transformation projects.

**Business Process Understanding**: In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and procurement operations.

**Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and convince senior leadership, business owners, and technical teams.

**Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex systems, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions for system transformation and optimization.

**Change Management**: Experience in change management practices, particularly in guiding teams and stakeholders through large-scale system transformations.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Oracle certifications are preferred.
