Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Security Consultant
Location: Remote

JD:
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Must have extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Must be an expert in developing Custom Security Roles, Security profiles and Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
• Must be an expert in setting up Employee, manager, administrator, analyst and specialist roles
• Must be experienced with sandbox Customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer
• Must be experienced with Oracle Advance Security Controls and managing security audits and segregation of duties
• Implement Reporting Security to align with Application security.
• Create and maintain security configuration documents, security strategy and Gap analysis documents.
• Develop and test custom developed roles by creating and executing functional testing scenarios

Position: Sr. Cloud/Data Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote but occasional onsite required)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business unit IT teams to discuss, gather, and document analytics solution requirements.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure team architects to define, acquire, and deploy cloud services required for a given cloud analytics solution.
• Partner with cloud service providers on cloud capabilities for MPC.
• Design, develop, implement, and support new and existing data & analytics solutions ingested from multiple source systems.
• Day-to-day management and support for analytics platforms to ensure availability and optimal performance.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed to function effectively as a member of the team.
• Exhibit customer focus while interfacing with business partners.
• Work on other reporting and business intelligence related tasks as necessary.
Required Skills:
• Need 11+ years into IT and 8+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse developer/Data Engineer in developing analytics solutions
• Developing Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Azure Stack (Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks)
• Expert level understanding of Cloud Data Warehouse Architecture, and Modelling
• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and various services applicable to analytics workloads
• Working experience with BI Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
• Working knowledge of functional processes in the areas of finance, supply chain, logistics, Oil & Gas experience in these areas is a plus
• Hands on working experience with DevOps, Agile, Scrum methodologies as it relates to analytics solution development
