Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Description:
The consultant will be responsible for leading design workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, driving testing cycles, supporting cutover activities, and providing post-go-live support. The role requires independently managing tasks, coordinating with multiple functional leads, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work products.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in multiple full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and user training. Strong communication skills, experience managing project teams, and the ability to articulate module functionality are essential.
Preferred qualifications include at least five years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, consulting background, two or more Oracle HCM Cloud full implementations, and deep knowledge of North American HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management. Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
