Title – Oracle HCM And finance – Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document HCM business requirements across Planning,
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and end-to-end HCM process flows.
- Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Support HCM data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and cutover readiness.
- Develop and execute HCM test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing; coordinate defect resolution.
- Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, training materials, and user readiness.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure successful adoption.
- Serve as a functional point of contact for post-go-live HCM support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Assess and support testing for Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly updates and new functionality.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of HCM processes and configurations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Prior experience with JDE/JDA systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working as an IT Business / Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations.
- Proven experience in working with all levels of business users eliciting requirements and creating requirements documents.
