Job Title: Oracle Financial Systems Consultant / Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Financial Systems Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to support and enhance enterprise finance systems. This fully remote role partners closely with Finance teams (FP&A, Financial Close, and Reporting) to optimize financial processes and improve system functionality.
The consultant will play a key role in supporting ongoing system enhancements, configuration improvements, and financial reporting capabilities across the Oracle ecosystem.
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Partner with Finance stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Reporting teams) to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Support financial close processes, planning, and reporting workflows within the Oracle ecosystem.
Participate in system enhancements, optimization, and configuration improvements.
Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting improvements across financial systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM platforms when applicable.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Experience supporting Finance functions such as FP&A, financial close, and reporting.
Ability to work in a hands-on functional/technical support role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience working in remote, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud tools such as:
EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
Experience with financial system integrations and optimization projects.
Prior experience supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
