Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Architect
100% REMOTE
20 Hours Per Week
6 – 12+ Months

Skill Description:
Meet with your Back Office ERP and HCM functional SME’s, to finalize the following, for up to forty-five (45) reporting requirements –
• Identify report(s) needed to satisfy each requirement.
• Report layout indicating specific data elements, measures/metrics and level of detail displayed.
• Key data entities and DFF’s in Cloud ERP/HCM providing data for the reports.
• Security setup for end user access of reports and data.
• Analyse FAW seeded data model and OTBI subject areas against new data required for custom reports, and finalize approach for creating new facts and dimension tables vs. extending seeded data model/subject area.
Here is the specific description of skills/experience we like to see:
• Understanding of packaged analytics solution provided by Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), it’s architecture, prebuilt reports, and functionality.
• Awareness of FAW out-of-the-box (OOTB) subject areas and data model using Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM data.
• Experience with gathering reporting requirements and communication skills required to engage business users, and analyzing if FAW OOTB reports/data model can be a fit, i.e. perform fit-gap exercise.
• Creating report functional and technical specifications, and working with developers during development, testing stages of the project.
• Understanding of activities that need to be performed to extend / customize FAW for various scenarios, ranging from adding new attributes to prebuilt reports, to new reports created using brand new subject areas based on custom schema.
• Familiarity of Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM OTBI subject areas and data structures available is a plus
• Experience leading a project through the entire lifecycle of deploying a packaged reporting solution (like OBIA) and being a liaison between customer and project delivery team.
