·DesignRICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions,Extensions, and Workflows) objects, and prepare the solution blueprint to guideproject implementation.

·Experiencewith middleware technologies, with demonstrated knowledge of integrationplatforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, and orchestrationdevelopment.
