Job Description: Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Expert in Oracle Applications (EBS R12), Integrations, and Manufacturing/SCM Modules

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Technical consultant with over 8 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Applications (EBS R12), ERP integrations, upgrades, and large-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions across diverse modules including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Discrete Manufacturing, Shipping Execution, Planning, and WMS. This role requires strong technical proficiency in RICEW components, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, PL/SQL, and a deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle ERP.

Note – Most of the work will be in

1. Receiving Process ( RMA / PO Receipts )
2. Repair Process
3. Picking / Shipping ( Forward and Reverse Logistic )
4. WMS ( WMS Inbound and Outbound )

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Oversee and execute Oracle EBS R12 upgrade projects, ensuring compatibility and performance tuning of customizations and integrations
• Develop and customize BI/XML Publisher reports, Oracle Forms
• Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Gateway, and EDI standards
• Oracle Apex Development Experience will be added Advantage
• SOAP / REST Webservice – using oracle PL-SQL / apex / SOA Integrated Gateway.
• Perform form personalization, workflow customization, and extension of seeded Oracle functionality to meet evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, design documentation (MD50, MD70, MD120, CV60, TE20), and testing (SIT, UAT)

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (R12, and related technologies)
• Extensive hands-on expertise with SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow and Oracle APIs
• Performance Improve Skills
• Oracle Apex
• Strong background in RICE components, performance tuning, and Oracle integration methodologies
• Functional knowledge SCM modules ( Inv, WIP, BOM, OM, WMS, PO)
• Experience with production support, incident management, and change management processes
• Proficiency in development tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, JDeveloper, Oracle Apex, and version control systems (Clearcase, GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Aware of Agile Methodology –  SAgile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand user issues and deliver effective solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
