Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in Compensation Workbench (CWB).
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead implementation and support of Oracle CWB
– Configure compensation plans (Merit, Bonus, Lump Sum)
– Setup worksheets, budgets, workflows
– Develop Fast Formulas, dynamic columns
– Manage HRMS configurations and security profiles – Work on AME workflows and approvals – Handle integrations (Web ADI, interfaces) – Develop XML Publisher reports – Support SIT, UAT and payroll testing cycles
Requirements:
– Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1/R12.2
– 2–3 full compensation cycle implementations
– Techno-functional expertise
– Knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OAF
– Hands-on experience with AOL, Fast Formulas, AME
